Bishop Cider Company (Cidercade and Wild Acre venues) offers two-way text messaging for customer service. By texting one of our venue phone numbers, you consent to receive reply messages from us related to your inquiry (hours, events, reservations, and general questions).
• Messaging is customer-initiated; we only text people who text us first.
• Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.

• Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Marketing Text & Email Program
By checking the marketing opt-in box on our participant waiver (or otherwise expressly enrolling), you agree to receive recurring automated marketing and promotional text messages and emails from Bishop Cider Company, LLC dba Cidercade at the phone number and email address you provided. Consent is not a condition of entry, purchase, or of signing the waiver.
Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Text STOP to any message to cancel text messages at any time; text HELP for help or contact us at CS@cidercade.com or 469-453-0432. You may unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time using the link included in every email. Opting out of marketing does not affect service or transactional messages you have separately consented to, and does not affect your signed waiver.

Cidercade Rewards (Loyalty App) Text Program
Cidercade Rewards is the loyalty program of Cidercade, operated by Bishop Cider Company, LLC. When you create a Cidercade Rewards account in the Cidercade app and verify your mobile number, you agree to receive account-related text messages from Cidercade Rewards: reward, points-expiry and membership notices. Message frequency varies. If you separately check the “Text me offers and events from Cidercade Rewards” box in the app (unchecked by default; consent is not a condition of purchase or membership), you also agree to receive promotional text messages from Cidercade Rewards: up to 4 promotional messages per month. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to cancel at any time; reply START to resubscribe; reply HELP for help or contact us at cs@cidercade.com. Stopping ends all Cidercade Rewards texts except a one-time sign-in code you request yourself. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Your phone number and consent choices are used only for Cidercade Rewards messaging and are never shared with third parties for marketing.
